HOW DOES THE SHOE FEEL
The flyknit based upper is breathable with an elastic feel that makes the shoe feel one with the feet. Its no-sew (with a single seam) built ensures the shoe has high endurance and is perfect for light runs and play.

The toe-counter and heel-grip provides additional reinforcement around the toes and heel. This further improves the viability of the shoe for wearing in all types of movement.

I’ve been using the URUK barefoot shoes from RARA for the past three days for workouts, running, walking, and light jogging, and I’m genuinely impressed. As a first-time barefoot shoe user, the experience feels very natural — they’re lightweight, flexible, and super comfortable thanks to the wide toe box and zero-drop design. What really surprised me is how stylish they look compared to many other barefoot shoes, and the neon color truly stands out. Great combination of comfort, performance, and style — definitely a solid choice if you’re looking to try barefoot shoes for the first time.

As a doctor who spends long hours on my feet and recently transitioned to minimalist footwear, the Uruk White has been an impressive daily driver.
Pros:
Wide Toe Box: Essential for my flat feet; it allows for natural splay without the cramping I get in standard sneakers.
Ground Feel: Excellent feedback during my 7 km runs and kettlebell/mace sessions. It really helps with proprioception.
Durability: They’ve held up well through both ICU shifts and heavy strength training.
Cons/Notes:
Transition is key: I highly recommend following their 14-day transition program. Even with my athletic background, jumping straight in would have been tough on my arches.
Overall, a great balance of aesthetic and performance. It’s become my go-to for both work and the gym.

Very comfortable and value for money. I took a gamble of buying a barefoot as my previous experience with barefoot was not that good. But RARA was worth the gamble.
Would recommend this to anyone looking for a good barefoot shoes.
