Try shoes on later in the day, when feet are naturally a little more swollen, and look for a thumb's width of space at the toe. You should be able to wiggle your toes freely without any pressure.

We dispatch every order within 3 business days of confirmation, and shipping is free with no minimum order value. Delivery time after that depends on your location, since we currently ship within India only. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow it in real time.

You can request a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery, no complicated conditions, just make sure the product is unused with tags intact. We arrange a free reverse pickup from your address, and once we've received and checked the item, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Yes. COD orders carry an additional cash handling charge of Rs. 99, payable at the time of delivery.

Silwer is a body-science led lifestyle brand. Our shoes are built around supportive design, cushioning, stability, and space where your feet need it, informed by biomechanics research. That said, we're a footwear brand, not a medical provider, so we're not able to make claims about specific conditions. If you have a diagnosed foot condition, it's worth checking with your doctor or podiatrist about what to look for in a shoe.

Yes. Every pair comes with a 90-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover regular wear and tear or damage from misuse. To make a claim, email us at hello@silwer.in with your order number, a description of the issue and a few clear photos.
